Dazzled by Twilight in Forks permanently closed its door on January 22.

According to reports on twitter by @TwiToursInForks and one of its tour guides, @FORKS_Wash_BABY, Dazzled by Twilight, a store that was a “must visit” location for any Twilight fans visiting Forks, Wash., closed its doors for good on Sunday, Jan. 22. The Port Angeles location shut down in Dec. 2011.  There are no details on why the Forks store suddenly closed and there was no notice that the closure was coming.

The Twilight Tours in Forks continue to operate several tours a day and there still are multiple options for getting your fill of Twilight merchandise in Forks.  Check out Fork Outfitters, Chinook Pharmacy, Leppell’s Flowers, Native to Twilight, Old Mill Trading Post, and Alice’s Closet for your Twilight gear needs.

For Sale: The Twilight Bus for $20,000

Posted on Jan 07, 2012 by Amy with 5 Comments.

It’s too late to be a Christmas present, but The Twilight Bus, seen at several Twilight Conventions and other Twilight events in the Sacramento, Calif. area, can be yours to take to Breaking Dawn, Part 1 midnight DVD release party or the Part 2 premiere. Yes, The Twilight Bus is for sale.

The former school bus was purchased on craigslist for $1500 by the Silva family to replace their 15 passenger van. They needed something roomier to transport their 10 children including several kids with special needs. The bus needed to be repainted and it was the kids who decided to go with a Twilight theme.  Local businesses worked with the family to get the bus painted and the vinyl decal images placed on the vehicle.

The vehicle can seat 19 and is a mobile museum dedicated to the Twilight Saga.  It has been signed multiple times by Peter Facinelli, Daniel Cudmore, Jodelle Ferland, Kiowa Gordon, Booboo Stewart, Alex Meraz, Chaske Spencer, Gil Birmingham and Tinsel Korey. It has   merchandise and pictures lining the walls and ceiling inside.  The exterior includes the Cullen’s in the windows on the one side and the book covers on the other. The side of the vehicle features promotional images from New Moon and Twilight and Edward Cullen is on the hood.

The sale of the vehicle includes all the memorabilia and autographed items, several boxes of merchandise and thetwilightbus.com domain and twitter account.

The Twilight Bus is listed on craigslist here for $20,000, but it also says she is “interested in trades for a newer van/minivan/truck.”

If you want a more in depth look at The Twilight Bus, check out Lori and Laura from Twilight Lexicon‘s video tour of the bus from 2010 and Laura’s return to the bus last summer below.
