Dakota Fanning at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week on February 15.

Happy 18th Birthday to Dakota Fanning!  Of course we will see her return to the role of Jane in “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2″ this fall, but that won’t be the only place to see Dakota this year. This busy lady was spotted at several fashion shows during NYC Fashion Week in February including Mark Jacobs show – last year Dakota was the face of the controversial marketing campaign for Jacob’s ‘Oh, Lola!’ perfume.  She has multiple films completed that are slated for release this year including the drama  ”Now is Good”  in which Dakota plays a girl dying of leukemia who creates a bucket list of things she would like to do before dying.  She’ll also appear in “The Motel Life” with Emile Hirsch and Stephen Dorff and star as the title character “Effie,” a Victorian period drama, alongside Emma Thompson, Tom Sturridge, Robbie Coltrane, and Julie Walters.
